If you are seeing an "unauthorized user" prompt on Stages Cycling app, follow these steps: 

  1. If paired to the app, remove the Dash from the app by selecting the 3 dots in the upper right corner and selecting Forget Dash. 
  2. On the Dash device, reset the User ID by going to Connections > Phone > Reset User ID.

  3. Re-attempt pairing with the Stages Cycling app.
